Price and Co's roofing men, showed up on time, and did a superb job, in both replacing roof decking, where needed, and re shingling...the end result, was a beautiful new roof, sure to be the envy of our neighbors . it was good value, and money well spent. "We had storm damage and a leaking roof. I reviewed many roofing companies, but when I met Katina with Collier Roofing Comapny, I knew I didn't need to look any more. The company has great reviews on Angie's List as well. Katina got on the roof and looked at my ceiling damage, he helped me file the homeowner's claim, she came out when the adjuster inspected, and was on site for the work. During this time, she was educating me about what to expect during the process. She helped me choose the roofing materials and was very patient. Katina was available to me by text and phone whenever I had a question or concern. All the work was done before we had to pay the deductible and for some extra boards we had replaced. The roof looks great and I am happy we used Collier Roofing Comapny for our roof!"

"We had 1 issue after installation and they came out right away & fixed it. Great attitudes and were on time as scheduled. Very professional crew. We had just remodeled the basement for 1100 sq ft living space to be added to the home, so I didn’t expect the basement to be such a mess afterwards, so would recommend them emphasize that the client will be cleaning all that up after the install. Very messy after the foundation was dug up around the whole inside perimeter. We still haven’t had the money to replace the new flooring that was pulled up. I should have paid more attention to the contract. That’s on me, not them."

"They did a very good job with the roof and the addition that came off the house and covered the deck. The only reason I gave them a B rating for quality instead of an A has to do with the finishing touches on the addition. All around the house the soffit fascia is covered in white sheet metal. When they finished the addition, which follows the roof line of the back of the house. They left it with bare, untreated wood. They don't use treated lumber because it reacts with the metal roofing and some corrosion may result. That's fine, but they should have at least covered it so that it tied in with the rest of the roof line. As we did our final inspection, I asked about the wood being treated and he explained why they don't use it. I said " so I guess I'll have to cover it?" He said that I would. I was leaving town on business in a couple days and had a lot going on, so I guess I just didn't think to put my foot down and insist they do it. Here in Mobile, Alabama we are the wettest city in the nation. We get more annual rainfall than Seattle, and it's humid. Wood rot happens.I went and bought some Thompson's Water Seal, and some sheet metal and took care of it myself. I have some pictures, but I don't see how to post them on this review page. The workers were very polite and cleaned up very well each day.
