What they don't tell you ahead of time is that they have a flat rate of $494 for the task. The task was nominal and took 45 minutes to complete. Pricing seems ridiculous. I know plumbers don't make anywhere near what we were charged. Even with overhead and a less than 1 hour job with $30 worth of parts, it is nowhere near what we were charged. Quite criminal. Wouldn't use them again. Boooooo."

The third party answering service was great and she took down our name and information verified our contact number, email, and address and said they would forward it onto the company and someone would be in touch.
