"We woke up this morning to our basement plumbing not working and sewage backed up into our pump room. This would always be a problem, however, my in-laws were staying down there in our guest room because they were here for my daughter's 3rd birthday. Since the party was to be held partially in the basement, we needed help fast.  I found Patrick through Angie's List and called him up. I woke him up and he was here within two hours, diagnosed the failed ejector pump, and had it repaired within an hour after his arrival.  He did a great job, put in a better pump than was originally there, and was incredibly patient with the birthday girl and all her questions.
