"From start to finish the majority of the interaction with power home remodeling was pleasant. William our salesperson was amazing and he taught us a lot about windows and insulation. We waited over 6 months for our front door but our windows were installed on time and we are pleased with them. We had a few hiccups along the way and communication could be improved upon but overall it wasn’t a bad experience. They did do everything within their power to rectify the fact that we had to wait so long for our door. FYI if you are getting windows replaced go with power home, the install went well and the installers cleaned up after themselves. If you are getting doors replaced and you need them right away you may need to shop around to see what the wait time is because you will have to wait awhile. However I will say that the door is of good quality and the installers that installed the door did a great job"

"I needed a new roof on my house. The representative of this company, Austin Eure, was very efficient in helping me get the roof I needed for my home. He first checked out the roof then he returned to my home to be here with the inspector from my insurance company. Austin helped me with the paperwork I needed to fill out for my insurance company. He showed me the different roofing tiles I could choose. The following week, roofing tiles came to my home and a little while later, a dumpster arrived. Two days later, a crew came to install my roof. Before I knew it, blue tarp was around my house to collect the old tiles. A layer of black paper made it on my roof and soon the new roof tiles were being installed. Since it was done last month, December of 2020, the day ran out and the job still needed to be completed. Within a day, a couple of men came to finish the job. My yard was completely cleaned before these men left my property. They used a magnetic roller to collect the leftover nails from my lawn. The yard was raked and the driveway was swept in order to get all the nails picked up. Within a day of completing the job, someone came to get the dumpster.
