"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"I was very impressed with the quality of work Electramedics provided. The technicians, Jeremy and Justin, could not have been more professional, efficient, and thorough throughout the entire process. Both were knowledgeable of the work they were doing and explained to me what the job would entail. They were mindful not to disturb the rest of the house, and cleaned up after the work was performed. Because of them, I will use the company again.
The pricing for the work I had performed was based on a flat rate for services provided - which I applaud so there's no sticker shock when it came time to pay. I would, however, encourage management to give a fresh look at their pricing structure - it seemed a bit on the high side for the level of work and lack of complications involved in completing the job. For example, to install a ceiling fan, their price is $399. To install a recessed light - $215. To install a junction box - $169. While I am aware that you get what you pay for - and trust me, the technicians were fantastic - I still believe they are at the top end of other providers in the area. That said, I know the job was done correctly and met or exceeded code. 
Overall, I would use this company again in the future.

"Matt and Brian showed up early due to a cancellation. They put plastic booties on their feet to protect my floor. For the kitchen, they showed me the problem and made sure I understood what was going on. They installed the new faucet and cleaned up after the installation.
For the guest bathroom, they were very thorough without destroying drywall or ceramic tile. They were very honest about the repair potential costs and damage to my kitchen ceiling. They were willing to complete the guest bath repair. They called the office to see if they had another job. Since they had another appointment after mine, they were not able complete the guest room repair. I called the office and was able to secure Matt for the guest bathroom repair in 2 weeks. 
I was very impressed with the patience and workmanship of Matt and Brian. I appreciate Jamie working me in at the last minute on a Friday.

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
