"Kostadin Bogdanov, master plumber,  and his assistant arrived within about 2 hours after we called to report that our washing machine had overflowed due to a clogged pipe which caused a flooded storage room and carport.   They immediately assessed the situation and went under the house to inspect the pipes.   The problem was not the washing machine drain pipe but actually started further up the line at the kitchen.   They cleared the line and then made a temporary fix so we could use appliances and water until they could return the next day (by then it was fairly late on Friday).  They arrived the next day (Saturday) as promised and quickly replaced about 35 feet of pipe.  They were totally professional, polite and very knowledgeable.   We are now the proud owners of new PVC pipe instead of clogged cast iron pipes and could not be more pleased with the service provided by Kostadin and his assistant (so sorry but I did not get his name).   I also need to mention that earlier in the day on Friday a different plumbing company which is also on Angie's List came and then  left saying they could not fix our problem.   Kostadin knew immediately what had to be done and then proceeded to do it. <br />"

"We had issues with water leaking into the basement after heavy rainfall and called SunDry to give us a quote for water proofing. The job was completed and two days later it rained and our basement flooded... the sales rep, Mario, came back out and said they didnt make the flange tall enough in one corner, so the contractors came back and fixed it and it was covered under the warranty. Why they didnt do it right the first time I am not sure. Everyone considering using this company must be careful of Mario. He is a classic salesman ready to tell you exactly what you need to hear to make a sale, so be VERY careful trusting everything he is telling you. He walked around our house and pointed at random cracks and splits and said we needed foundation piers or our house is going to sink. He quoted us $5600 for the job and said it would save us money if we did it during waterproofing. We called a foundation engineer for a second opinion and were told our house was perfectly fine and in no need for foundation piers. Also be wary of the cost for put back of the dry wall/studs/finishings after the waterproofing. Sundry does not do this part of the job and will tell you it will only cost a few hundred bucks...it is not. We got a quote for $1100 from the guy that Mario referred and the price didnt even include putting the laminate flooring back. Mario was calling us every week when we first got the quote to schedule the job, but as soon as we needed something from him (to connect us with the guy for put back), he was very unresponsive and didnt stick to his estimated time frames. Marios contractors also left a mess of our basement with cement and dirt stains on our intact flooring. Other than that, the contractors did a great and speedy job and were very kind and professional. All in all, I would recommend them for their pricing is the cheapest of all other vendors we spoke to and they were very quick. I can only hope that they stay around long enough and that our warranty will always cover future leaks/issues."

"When you are experiencing water problems, you really need somebody to depend on and I think I have found them! The Price brothers came out the day after I called and were very thorough, efficient, and professional. They replaced my old pump, wiring, controls, and pretty much everything else that was needed, including the connections to my whole-house filter (which had been installed by somebody else), so I would be able to change the filter without first going into the house to switch the pump off. The whole project was such a large job that it was well into the evening before they finished, but I never felt that they were rushing to get it done quickly. When they had finished, my water pressure was better than it had ever been since the well was initially drilled 16 years before. A few weeks later, I had some questions about installing a new water filter (since they had modified the connections), and they were nice enough to come back to my house and reinforce the filter bracket assembly (that had been done by someone else), and literally teach me (a senior citizen!) how to change the filter myself so I don't need to call a handyman to do it! They didn't charge anything extra for this visit, even though it wasn't due to any faulty work on their part. I really appreciated it! These days, it's hard to find people who can work on wells and pumps and I'm so pleased to have found Price Brothers.
