"I have been meaning to get a roof estimate and it called a few people to see about getting one, but I didn’t like is a couple of them all claim that I will get a guaranteed insurance claim approved if I went with them. Even after I told them, no, they kept pressuring me and tried to push me by saying, “oh yeah, we could get it approved” I didn’t like that and told them I changed my mind. When I met with Dewand from Pacific Exteriors, he made me feel very relaxed. He was patient and understanding, listening to what I wanted, answering all my questions and explained everything so we could understand the process and did not pressure us at all. I was very impressed and I felt that she was just the right one to do the job! I feel very blessed that he was the one that showed up and made it so easy the decision to get my roof replaced.
