"Brian and his crew roofed my 2000sf home and 400sf shed the week of July 8 â 11, 2024, which thus far were the hottest days of the year. They did an excellent job, completing tear off, replaced water damaged decking, and laid new felt by the end of the first day. Like clockwork, the roofing supplier Brian arranged unloaded 2 pallets of shingles to the rooftop at days end. Day 2 through 4 Brian and his crew installed 35 squares of shingles, with new vent pipe boots, fan vents, ridge vent strips and cap. Brian also ordered a new tinted, low-e insulated skylight to replace the 30 year old original. When doing the bid walk around, he recommended black flashing over the fascia's and in the valleys where roof sections join. It looks sharp! Weâ re very pleased with the work they did. Of course, the quality of the work is important, attention to detail, being timely, honoring commitment. Brian and his crew are all that. Just as important to me, is the quality of the person, in fact, the whole crew. There isnâ t much new construction where I live, still, the neighbors employ contractors from time to time for painting, roofing, landscaping. Perhaps itâ s a cynical view I have, but itâ s typical of young contractors to use coarse language when on the job, or play loud and obnoxious music. As a person of deep faith, itâ s unsettling to my soul and spirit. Brian and his crew were a real breath of fresh air; young men all, Brianâ s son humbly working as the newbie this summer. Not a coarse word was heard from any of them â they went about their work with dedication, respect and friendliness."
