After the follow-up visit by Raven, we continued to have bees in the house. I insisted that the procedure of removing the siding to check on the bee nest, as promised, be performed. The tech returned, removed the siding, dusted behind the siding and replaced the siding. We have not have anymore bees in the house since."

Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending."
