PestNow brand was founded in Virginia in 1995 as Superior Pest Management when four high school friends came together to form their own company. Today, we have multiple locations in three states, and serve thousands of happy customers. We offer pest control; termite treatments and warranties; mosquito, flea & tick control; WDIs (real estate inspections); lawn fertilization & weed control; TAP insulation; and wildlife solutions for homeowners and businesses in the mid-Atlantic.
"PestNow was hired to inspect our house for termites. This was required by the lender of the family buying our house. PestNow found a pile of wood leaning up against a deck column they said needed repair due to termite damage. PestNow also required the entire house be treated. There were no termites found anywhere other than the pile of wood, according to PestNow. They quoted us for over $800 to treat the house. We questioned the need and amount so they lowered it to $580. As a result of PestNow stating they found termites in the deck column, the lender of the buyers required the deck column be repaired due to termite damage. The deck repair company assessed the deck column agreeing it needed to be repaired, but not due to termites, rather moisture. I question whether PestNow found termites at all. Their unethical tactics cost us well over $1,000. Beware of PestNow."

"FRAUDULENT! They online said service included mice and cockroaches. Then the guy, Eugene, pulled a fast one on the contract and said it would be $150 more. Then I immediately cancelled with David, GM, and he said he would refund it and cancel the contract per Maryland law. They then woudln't refund and kept harassing me. I finally got in touch with someone, after months of back and forth they agreed cancelled and refunded it. Then they charged me again on 10/18/2022. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE! Fraud!! I used to use them, please trust me...go anywhere but here!"
