"We have been planning our deck and porch renovations for more than five years and Smoky Deck Builders built us a beautiful two-story deck with a spiral staircase and a screened in porch. Jason helped us get the plans sets and Flip, Beckett and James built the huge structure. We were impressed with their knowledge, skills, and work ethic. James and Chance did an excellent job with finish aesthetics. As with all construction projects, some issues come up but Christian always had solutions to make us happy. "1: My downspouts are 4X3 and the adapter to corrugated should fit over the downspouts not inside of it. The way it is won?t catch all of the water. 2 : I am expecting that the edges of the extension should be filled with dirt nearly to the top of block work to cover the cement around the blocks. Allow for some settling. Contacted him to fix. NO RESPONSE. Very disappointed about that. I?m 71 and I?ll have to drag bags of dirt to fix it."

"The service provider , Jeff, arrived to give us a quote. I was not available when he stopped by so when I was ready to have the driveway repaired Jeff arranged to meet me at a time that was convenient to me.  Jeff kept the appointment and arrived on time. He explained exactly how it was to be done and what he and his staff would be doing. We then arranged to have the repairs completed the next day. Once again Jeff and his team arrived on time and went right to work. When I arrived home they were still working and completed the project as we had agreed on.  During my inspection I asked for two additional areas to be repaired as both of us missed them in the beginning of the project. This was understandable as this was a very big job. Without any hesitation on Jeff's part his team repaired the additional areas at no additional charge.
What I also was impressed about was that no money exchanged hands until I was completely satisfied and the job was complete.
This is a company I would absolutely recommend and use again.
