An appointment was set up and they did a thorough review of the project, stating that I'd get an estimate by the end of the next day. 5 days later (includes weekend), I got a text that said this was not their kind of project and they weren't interested, but consider them if I decided on a whole house replacement (that's not going to happen). I understand being too busy or not doing a particular type of job, but they had a detailed description from the beginning and it still took 5 days after the review to decide to no bid, it would have been better to just pass up front and burn a week (from the initial reply to schedule an appointment) of my time."
