"Bob Cullen was referred to us by our plumber after we had a horrific experience with a general contractor. We had already purchased most of the materials for our full bathroom remodel, which were sitting in our dining room. Bob not only got us on his schedule as soon as possible, but he truly took away all of our anxiety during a very stressful time. It was immediately evident upon meeting him that Bob is the consummate professional. He is extremely reliable and trustworthy. He explained everything to us, including different options and construction materials, in a very clear way. His price was very reasonable, and he was willing to do everything we wanted, including time-consuming cutouts in the shower. He was an excellent communicator, and kept us aware of the timetable during each phase of the project. He was so personable and easy to work with that it was truly a pleasure to have him and his assistant, Jesse, in our home. Everything was beautifully executed, and the tile work he did was absolutely fantastic. It is so refreshing to meet someone who is honest, talented, and has such pride in his work. "Derek and his team were great. They showed up on time, cleaned up afterwards, and the work itself was fantastic. I had golden oak stained trim and stairs, dated from the 80s, and they were able to paint my stairs black and white and really give it a modern look. They also did work on my ceiling, front door and dining room. For some projects I wasn't exactly sure on color or design but Derek provided helpful advice and was flexible throughout the process when I kept changing my mind. He was responsive to questions and very informative. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for contracting services."

"I am so happy that we found Krain Construction. Brian and his crew really brought our vision to life. We wanted to build 2 stories on top of an already existing foundation that only had a roof on it. We had a hard time finding someone to do it but Brian had no hesitation. He drew up a floor plan and we loved it. His crew built the new frame for our house, did the siding, doors, windows, decks, gutters, hvac. My husband and I are going to do the interior part of the house. If we had any issues we could easily text Brian and he would resolve them quickly. If we had any last minute changes, he would work with us. Very personable and professional. If we ever needed anything else done I would use them again and I would recommend to anyone needing a remodel. I will post some pictures of how our house started and how it is now that they’re done."

I contacted Doug's company, and not only did he return my call promptly (a rarity in and of itself), he was at my house assessing the job the following morning. He is knowledgeable, professional, polite and extremely thorough. He got me a bid within 48 hours, which was remarkable compared to the turnaround from other firms, and which was also very helpful when dealing with the insurance company, as this was an unforeseen insurance claim related to a weather event - the price of the bid was very competitive and fair. Ultimately, we had to go with the firm that the insurance company was recommending, so our hands were tied - but I would certainly have felt more than comfortable having Doug's company complete this job. "Luiz was the first to respond to our request for a qualified wall tiler on Angi’s. He came within 2 days and gave us a very reasonable estimate to install the ceramic tiles in our newly renovated bathroom. Two days later Luiz and Leandro started the floor and wall installing and worked nonstop . Luiz advised us what color grout would look nice and even designed a beautiful pattern for the shower niche. They worked nonstop and completed the job in 2 days. We are so happy that we hired them and couldn’t be happier with the end results. We will definitely hire them again when we renovate our powder room. You won’t be disappointed if you get them to install your tiles. Luiz truly is a master of his craft. "Rough Diamond Construction Company did an excellent job remodeling my family room/basement. Nate's attention to detail and his expertise was well worth every dollar paid. He was always in contact with me as well as advocating for me when I had a water problem in my basement with the company who initially made the repair. Because of the water problem I experienced in the summer, I decided to have the entire room renovated - new floors, walls, ceiling, doors, etc. Nate and his crew were professional and efficient.
