They did a temporary fix and told me they would call when the new spring came in. A few weeks went by and I didn't hear anything. Then the spring on the other side broke, so I gave them a call back, and they were out within the week with two new springs and they replaced one of my pulleys as well. Aside from the initial non-call back, which wasn't really that big of a deal, the work was great and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely call them for service again!"
