"The paint and work is guanteed, I've had to call them back for caulk issues in 2010 and 2012 but they have always been responsive and very friendly. "They did a good job. Nothing stood out except that the first time they came out and worked with the fence post, it wasn't right. They came back and reset everything this time. It was really good job. Instead of trying to patch it, they took it up and replaced it. We were happy with the post. When they say they would come, they showed up."

"I was told it would take 6-8 weeks for the window to be installed. At the 8 week point I called Champion to find out when it would be installed. The girl answering the phone was rude and kept insisting that they had called me to set up a day to install it and that I didn't return the call. That is not true because we have an answering machine they could have left a message on and there was never a message. I told her this but she insisted they had called. Then she told me it would be another week or two  before they could install our door because they had to be out in our area. I called the salesman who sold us the door and he took care of it and our door was installed the following week.
The man who installed our door was very nice and did a very good job. A week after it was installed I noticed the door didn't close tightly at the top. I called Champion and they sent him back out in a few days. The guy said the door was warped and we may have to wait 6-8 weeks for the new one to be installed.
 I gave an A rating for professionalism. The salesman and the installer were professional, the girl answering the phone get's an F.
