"This is the 2nd time that we used MD Curbscape to create a nice backyard space. 8 years we had a patio and all way installed and we received compliments until the day we moved. Just last week, we had a stamped concrete patio installed and had our 2 car parking pad extended to fit 4 cars! We love our patio, in particular the unique size and colors! Paul’s crew was so courteous and made sure that cleanup was nice and neat, which is very important to us. We’ve already had 2 people ask us for contact info for MD Curbscape. "Great service. Eddie Cox come out on a Monday and told me what the worker would do. The worker came out on Wednesday on time both days and did and amazing job. The worker clean up all concrete you would never know they were there.I live in LaPlata had to get permission to widen the end of my driveway. You would never know that that they touch my driveway it look beautiful. I call several concrete companies in Charles county and these company were rude and took week to call me back. One companies I call still waiting for a call back. But thank to 7th State Builders, LLC I got the job done and excellent job. Due to a stroke I had the driveway widen to give me more freedom. So if you need concrete work big or small job call 7th State Builders to get it done right. I am a woman writing this review very happy with this company. Very professional staff to deal with. "The team did a great job. $2300 for an 8" 12' x 12' concrete slab for a hot tub. It felt a "little" expensive to me, but seeing the amount of work that was involved, I was happy to have it done professionally. The finished job looks great. They used rebar mesh and fiber reinforced concrete formulated for the climate. They added an nice brushed finish for good traction. We ended up getting a good discount on the hot tub, so the entire project still came in under budget."

"Had Ricky on several jobs including a bathroom remodel after a water disaster. Ricky and his crew does it all. I don't care what it is. Installed a toilet, drywall work on my rental property, put in a nice Lifeproof laminate plank flooring in the kitchen, including punch out work like painting. Extended my concrete pad in the back of my row house. Good work all around, highly recommend."

"My sidewalk had one section that settled, and created a tripping hazard. Rather than destroy the pad, and pour a new section of concrete. I hired Stabil Solutions to use polyurethane foam technology to raise the pad. It was a perfect job, nice even walk way. The foam works fast, and fills any voids that may be under the pad. If you have a driveway section, or walk way that is not level, this is a great way to save money and time without creating a huge construction project...no messy bags of concrete. Consult Stabil Solutions."

"Excellent concrete finish, pleasant office support, and a courteous and efficient crew. Rick, who came out to quote the job and start the crew, was knowledgeable and a good person to work with. The job was well coordinated with stone, concrete, backfill dirt arriving at the appropriate time- impressive. The sidewalk finish was excellent – smooth brushed finish with clean edges. Replacement sections aligned with existing sidewalk, again excellent finish. Concrete pad was smooth with very nice finish. The job was completed with backfilling – including seeding where needed. The area was cleaned up nicely at the end of the job. The work and experience exceeded my expectations, and I can be very particular. "Overall:  Gene and his crew are amazing. Extremely professional, punctual, personable, and honest. He's not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.  He's a perfectionist who understands and enjoys working on older homes.  Would strongly recommend and use again.  <br /> We own a 100 year old Craftsman home in DC.  Gene has a good understanding of how our old home was constructed and what was needed to get the job done.  Despite the large scale of our project, there were no major adjustments to our original quote.  He did an amazing job of mating the new construction (moulding, trim, etc..) with the original/old work.  He's one of those select few who takes joy in working on older homes.  <br /> Gene is a perfectionist.  He redid multiple phases of the project (at no cost) because things were not "perfect.", including: reframing, retiling and regrouting a few areas, and replacing fans that were too loud.   The end result is magazine photo worthy.  Again, you get what you pay for. <br /> They arrived every day on time, and their daily clean up was so good you could eat off the floor. His crew was very courteous. They even helped my elderly neighbor. Her glass dinning room table shattered.  They cleaned it up and fabricated a temporary table so that she had a place to eat until she got a new table. <br /> As with any project of this scale, there were a few hiccups.  Some furniture got damaged but Gene went out of his way to remedy the situation...bringing in a furniture restoration company. <br /> If you want someone who takes pride in his work, is a perfectionist, honest, and places the customer's satisfaction over his bottom line, then Gene is your guy. <br /> My 2 year old already misses him. Gene would often bring my son surprise presents.  My son's always asking "where's Gene?"  <br /> We've had many contractors work on our house.  Gene is hands down the best.  Highly recommend. <br /> My only regret in providing this review is that he will be harder to get the next time we need him. <br /> <br /> <br />"
