"The employees that arrived to do the work were good workers. They were either unaware of the contracted work or mislead. They were not going to install the J Channel per the service agreement, and they had planned to backfill the ditch with the earth they had removed. The contract called for the ditch to be filled to surface with gravel. The installers called the office and explained that a J Channel was agreed on and someone from the office delivered it to satisfy my request. They were going to install the J Channel in segments vs one solid piece across the length of the ditch. I told them the segment seems would allow the water to get thru the J Channel and weep thru our foundation once more. They did the work as I requested but had I not been there or had I been a customer that did not know any better, this job would not have been done correctly or as agreed upon in the contract."

"Everything went exactly as it should for the job. The crew was clean and courteous. They didn’t leave my house looking like a war zone which I’ve experienced from other companies.I Would definitely recommend or use again if I needed another project completed. couldn’t be happier!"

"I had a french drain with sump pump installed in JAN 2023. I am happy with the remediation and the resolution given on March 2023."

"Fast response, and they know what they are doing with basements and foundations."

"

My family and I have nothing but fantastic things to say about Mark and Judy.  They both were easily accessible by phone or email, professional, and patient regarding the numerous questions I frequently put to them.  Mark was very straightforward with me, and worked hard to overcome the obstacles that popped up.  Bottom line- I was able to obtain a loan at a good fixed rate, and am very satisfied.  I would (and do) recommend them to my friends.

"It went great! The Clark team is fantastic! I could only find one company to install my wood burning fireplace incert but they quoted me more than double the price. I was so happy to hear about Clark Chimney & Madonry, they did a great job for less than half price. Chris was very professional, and efficient and his team were great! Thank you"

"If you want to eradicate mold AND fix the reason why it formed to begin with then Dave Sock is you man. Fantastic guy and he will not quote you things that you don't need. I recommend this company whole heartedly!"

"House was properly resupported and while digging for supports Gino noticed a larger water problem then originally thought. Additional sump pump and pit was suggested with extra drains prior to pouring concrete. I agreed and am glad I did. Pouring of concrete is complete. It's a large basement and as expected the concrete has a few spots that pool water. Gino has assured me that these spots will be leveled with a special concrete leveled in order to assure proper drainage in the event of water. Overall the sump pump system works well as it was tested with a large rainstorm.
