We were told someone would be out to measure and it would take about 2 months for the door to be customized and delivered. It was actually less than 1 month from the time of the order to full installation. The installer was excellent. He came out with 1 helper and the old door was removed and replaced within 1 1/2 hours. Every possible inch of wall space on the entire main floor had been spackled with joint compound and a fairly large applicator as the previous owner's choice of décor.  It was filthy and hideous and the only way to change it was to completely remove and replace the sheetrock.  After interviewing a few contractors I found on Angie's List, I chose to do business with Remodeling Concepts.  After being here and watching start to finish, this is the company I plan to use for future projects. 

The owner, Derek Loughran, showed up for our initial appointment on time and was very professional throughout.  I received the estimate promptly and felt it was very fair. 

The two employees, Julio and Juachin, are two of the very best workers I have seen up to this point in time.  They were all about work.  No incessant breaks, cell phone or otherwise.  They were extremely patient with me being here and generously answered every question I asked.  They are, again, two extremely hard working individuals who have a sincere work ethic. There were a few days when I needed to be out of the house early and they cheerfully obliged and were here earlier.

I wasn't able to imagine what the living room and stairs were possible of looking like.  Now that the last day is here and the big stuff is just about finished, I am beyond amazed.  It really is like being in a new house.  The workmanship is perfection.  Not one corner was cut in any aspect of the job. I was also very comfortable leaving them alone several times.  Top shelf, all the way.

Remodeling Concepts, thank you again.  You greatly exceeded my meager expectations.  I have to admit I didn't think it was possible to transform the space into something I absolutely love and can't wait to show off.

By the way, to all those reading this review, I have not embellished or exaggerated. A few of my neighbors have already said it's like I have a whole new house!

"It was a pleasure to do business with Westside Home Improvements. Alan came and assessed what I had asked him to get done. I needed imperfections repaired to drywall in two bathrooms both bathrooms needed to be re painted, install exhaust fan and light fixture in bathroom, install hardware for doors to the bathrooms and sanding and smoothing the drywall imperfections as well. And to re install a pedestal sink. Paul was the person who did the job and he was great. He was on time and stayed until I was satisfied with everything. Very professional and courteous.
