He answered all my questions, had great suggestions and was very responsive whenever I needed to contact him. They wrote up a detailed contract describing the entire project in phases so everyone's expectations were clear, and kept me updated as to their progress through each phase. They brought issues they found to my attention right away along with ready options for how to fix them.
