Christmas Day we had a leak I called and he answered and came out the next day to repair my roof. The owner was professional and polite and made my roof a priority!  We joked about how santa ruined my roof! I was amazed how fast the repair took and how  quick he came out over a holiday. "We had a 5" gutter and the guards were not affected because we have a large Maple tree.  The guy that came to do the work said that we needed a larger gutter due to the roof overhang.  He sold us a 6" heavier gauge metal.  In talking with other people, two other providers said that the gutters are larger and heavier than what we needed.  I feel like we didn't need these upgraded gutters that he sold to us.

Fran also helped me select the best, most visually appealing windows and doors. Ihad been told that the original metal windows and tile sills would be a big problem by other bidders. Thermal Quality just cut them out and didn't damage my sills. Two guys, that have been working together for years did all of the work. They did a great job. And were perfectionists. My family and I, with this frigid weather, were talking about how the new windows completely changed the house and no fewer than five neighbors have completed me on my homes appearance.
