"I decided it was time to re-do my old, outdated, ugly master bathroom. I initially thought I would try to save money and hire a DIY/one-man fixer upper, but soon realized that was taking up too much of my time and I could never find anyone dependable. I did some research and found S&W Kitchens (Longwood showroom). I liked that they were family owned and had been around for a long time. My first encounter was with Amy who would be my design lead. Our first meeting was to talk about the whole process of what and how working with S&W Kitchens would entail. She was very thorough and made things very easy to understand. Once we got through that stage, meetings were set up discuss my vision of what the bathroom would look like. I did have several photos and a concept of what I was wanting to do which did help in that process, as well as helpful suggestions from Amy. Once everything was decided, Amy did a fantastic job in every aspect of putting together the materials that were needed to begin the job and following through to completion. My next point of contact was with Adam who was the construction supervisor. He arranged and scheduled the various trade subcontractors and always kept in touch with me on who would be showing up and when. If I had any issues during the renovation Adam was there to answer any questions, fix any problems, and make sure I was pleased with how things were going. I now have a beautiful bathroom and I couldn’t be more happy. S&W does it ALL and I would highly recommend their company for any of your renovation needs. Anne R. 5/20/25"

"It went excellent. I had a really good experience working with Mr. Alejandro. I called him. He asked me if I was able to have him come come to the house the following. Day. For an estimate he came I explained to him the project I have water damage in my kitchen. He recommended. To demolition everything and redo the drywall cabinets countertops everything give me a decent price I was very happy my husband agreed he only took him a week and a half and my kitchen is now complete. I’m very happy when I cook highly recommended."

"Got my sliding door installed last week so far so good got it done with no issues and looks great price was reasonable. I did supply the door and they went and picked it up on there way to do the job Gentleman that came out to do the job was great also believe his name was dean"

"Wrong color of paint used (will live with that). Asked for lighter greige and got dark beige with paint splatters left on baseboards. They offered to do flooring during painting conversation. Quickly found out that they didn't measure properly resulting in another trip to purchase more flooring mid task to then later discover it was not needed (& now cannot return all due to several open boxes), left all trash including carpet, padding, tack strips in garage (not previously disclosed). Did not communicate or install any molding or 1/4 " round so now have jagged cut edges on all perimeters, no floor panel on vertical plane for step, no transitions, broke bifold door mount. Stated that they would return to fix & complete with molding and never showed. Now refusing to commit to fixing or completing the flooring. This has been an example of extremely poor communications and shotty work. It was obvious that they didn't listen to me for color or scope of the task. I expected a complete flooring job and got partial with excuses and no resolution. Buyer beware of this one!"
