After he performed those diagnostic pressure tests, he donned his scuba gear and inspected every inch of the surface of the pool and the spa as well as the underwater light. It turned out that we not only had more than one leak in the spa jet lines but there was also a leak in the spa drain. Manny did a great job of explaining how to monitor the pool to confirm that the leaking had been fixed. He gave me his card and assured me that if I was not satisfied, I could call him back. But he stated with professional confidence that he did not think that would be necessary. The price was reasonable for the detailed work he performed. I highly recommend Florida Leak Detectors."

They came the next day checked my plumbing, tried to unblock the piping and determined that my septic tank was not working. They charged $80.00 for that service call including Angie's List discount, which I found quite reasonable. They called in their septic service division which came to my home the same afternoon and found that my sum pump was  finished. They installed a new pump, new wiring, replaced the alarm float, and pumped the tank all in about one hour. By the end of the day both my plumbing and septic were working just fine. These guys were not cheap, but they were very efficient and I highly recommend them.

"I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Total Home Roofing. In January I found out that my Wind Storm coverage would be dropped unless I installed a new flat roof on my back porch by April 1. They sent out extra workers to speed up the install and worked diligently with my local inspectors to make sure they signed off on each day’s work so they could proceed to the next step. In the end Total Home met these deadlines, the inspectors came out and approved on time, and my Wind Storm policy was renewed. I had a great experience with Total Home Roofing, from my first phone call to the final interactions with local inspectors, all while Florida was under incredible stress from the beginning of the Coronavirus outbreak. Craig, Carlos, Gibrand and all the ladies in the office (sorry, I forgot to get their names) went above and beyond. They went out of their way to be kind, helpful and professional.
