However, during his last visit (soffit repair) he left about 15 rusty nails lying around the work area. I stepped on one with my bare feet, got an infection and required a tetanus shot. I have asked him to return to do caulking and painting. So far, no reply."

He had a team of 3 guys start the job on a Monday (a big job with 20-ft ceilings in a couple of areas) and they finished it on Thursday.
