"Your service provider came out and did not repair the leak and did not focus specifically on that issue or address the specific issue that I have notated in the work that needed to be done, but proceeded to try and sell me or replace the entire roof on my house and I am assuming that it is because the job that I wanted done was not profitable. The issue that concerns me the most is over the past week or more, I had a second inspection done on my roof and was told that there is not an issue with my current roof and it does not need to be replaced so I have moved on to using another person to fix the specific leak that I wanted repaired. The $199 that I spent was not a wise expenditure on my part and was my mistake. I would like for you to contact this provider and tell them that there is no need to contact me any further as I have decided to use another provider to fix the issue with my porch and there is no further conversation or discussion needed.
