The quality of their work can not be matched – from the very beginning they were so responsive to me with each additional question I could think of. After the installation of the new roof, there was no old black roofing material anywhere to be seen on the ground PLUS they even rolled a magnetized device everywhere to pick up any nails that might have been on the ground. He worked the project schedule around our needs and stayed in constant contact with us before and during the project. Both the siding and painting crews were excellent. There were professional, highly skilled, very hard workers, and maintained a clean worksite. We changed scope in the middle of the project (decided to paint the house's brickwork) and they accommodated that change easily. In fact, the whole project went much faster than we had expected. We will definitely use TopStar if we have another home improvement project."

"After the high pressure sales tactics and 4 hours, we decided to have 12 windows replace. They sold us on the lifetime warranty for product and installation. 10 years later the uv coating is failing and looks tremble. Called their customer service # and was informed that the manufacturer canceled the warranty and will not replace the window sashes without me paying $180 per sash. Each window has 2 sashes and would be $360 per windows times 12 windows equals $4320. Don't fall for their tactics and fake warranties. "

"Midtown Home Improvement installed a patio cover in August 2025 and it has leaked ever since. They have to be badgered to schedule repairs and then repeatedly cancel the appointment, due to other scheduled projects. This indicates that properly and timely completing the work is not a priority for the company. In January 2026, we sent a letter to William Burke, General Manager expressing our concerns who did not bother to contact us regarding our concerns and ensure that the repairs would be completed. The latest appointment to address the leaking deck was canceled today, 3/24/26, citing ?other pressing matters?. Midtown Home Improvement has lost credibility. I cannot recommend them."
