"Colony Builders are in the last stages of completing this work. It's taken eight weeks so far. They added in electrical, heating and air conditioning, and still have to put on the roofing and do the painting. They have done an average job so far. The workers are nice, but we thought they would have been able to do the job in less time. They are punctual and conscientious about working in and around the house."

While their bid wasn’t the lowest we received, it felt fair and, in hindsight, definitely worth it.
