He is so thorough in his inspection that he brought things to our attention that urgently needed to be fixed such as broken rafters and a missing exhaust pipe. Unfortunately for him, that meant a delay of nearly a year while we had things repaired so that it would be safe for his crew to replace our roof and gutters. During those 11 months, Licio stayed in contact and helped in any way that he could. He attended the meeting with our insurance adjustor (when drones assessed the damage) and did the communication with our insurance company. No money up front was helpful. Start time was sooner than we anticipated (less than two weeks). Two crews (one for shingle removal and replacement) and second (Bryan Lewitzke) completed window rewraps, awning painting and gutter screen covers. Cory even suggested using black shingles instead of brown, which we agreed to and it looks GREAT with red brick.
