The preparation of the house prior to the actual installation was over and above the competitors. We liked the added insulation value to our home with the styrofoam backing that formed to the exterior siding and also provided additional support. "In October 2018 we hired Ryan Hild and KC Exterior Pros to install new siding, trim, gutters and fascia on our 3-story 34 year-old home. Their price was not the lowest price proposal we received but it was far better than the other Hardie Board competition due to the high level of expertise KC Pros brought to the job. The crew came on time, worked 10 hours a day, left the work site pretty clean each night and came every day but Sundays until the job was completed. The results and the foreman’s response to our questions/requests were excellent. We were not asked to pay a penny until the job was complete and we were completely satisfied. This involved removing the storm window and screen and putting it back. I was charged their minimum service charge of $150 plus the cost of the glass ($8.75). Another Handyman type company quoted $515 for the same job. John knew what he was doing, did a good job and cleaned up. Needless to say I'm pleased with Handyman Connection and plan to have them back to do a few more things."
