"Had a bird in our chimney. Called at 8:30 on a Saturday morning and the technician was here by 10:15. Took care of the problem and fixed gaps on chimney cap. Tech also presented mouse and pest prevention options which were reasonably priced, so we did those as well. Very conscientious service. Much better value than we have received from other pest control services in the past. Highly recommend!"

"Over the course of figuring this termite thing out I dealt with five Plunkett's employees, and they were fantastic. Professional, punctual, and thorough. They went over the house with a fine-toothed comb looking for live termite activity (found two locations) and installed a Sentricon bait system. They were very good communicators and explained everything they were doing and looking for. (I ask a lot of questions.) There are off-the-shelf termite control products out there, but it was important to me to put it in professional hands."
