"We scheduled an appointment and they were on time and were professional. They listened to my ideas and measured the basement. Before they came out they provided me a booklet with the materials they use and how their design is different than others. The scheduling process was simple and quick. Now with that said the reason I give them a C overall is because of their price. The price they quoted me for 1100 square feet with a standard remodel no custom things was twice as expensive as the other companies that quoted me on my space. The cost was in the range of 75-80K. That is almost the price of building a new home. I was disappointed at the fact that they thought that’s was a fair price. Others quoted me between 35-40K."

"I called WBG for an estimate on our window replacement and they responded quickly. Communication was great and I knew exactly what would be done and for what cost.  On the day I scheduled for replacement, WBG was on time and went right to work.  They discovered that I had a bee problem when they removed one of the windows and promptly took care of it. They cleaned the areas around the windows both inside and outside the house. The windows were installed quickly. That has never happened to me before, so it was nice that they passed those savings on instead of hiding it somewhere else like others.
