Matt called and he was flexible about time to come and give me a free estimate. Also stated that he could complete job on same day if we agreed for him to do the work. We agreed. This was a big deal purchase. It was good. The gentleman was very thorough and good at what he did. He was very safe and did all the venting. I had two different options of white and I did not realize that picking the paint to match my toilet would be the easiest. My toilet was one color white and now my tub is the other color of white. I feel like as a professional their technician should have told me what color my toilet was so I could have matched it. It ended up being really slippery and I thought I had paid for a non slip guard. Literally it is so slippery that I don't use it. I am on my second bath mat which makes it less slippery, but I still don't feel safe in the tub. The tub drain needed to be repaired at the time because now it has gotten rusty and I think that is an additional service that a plumber has to do now.
