"Albert came out and gave me quote, and seemed very courteous, but said I was outside his normal service area of the city of Charlotte. He agreed to do the work in two weeks, and said he would call to confirm. he never called or showed. I called back the following week, and again he scheduled a day to come out. He never called or showed. I had to request refund today because it has been 30 days since I purchased it."

"Called Jim a week ago or so, he had a crew out in a couple days to give me an estimate to add 3 downspouts to our house. Our builder is having financial issues and didn't finish the job. The crew was out a week or so later (had to order custom color and sized gutters) and completed the job in about an hour or so. They did a great job and would definitely use them again. I did ask Jim for a quote on the Leaf guard system for the house and never got it, but it probably just slipped his mind."

"Andre is a terric handyman and carpenter. He is professional, diligent, timely, and pays attention to detail. He has done several projects for us including building shelving units in a work shed, repairing a leaking shower, fixing huge holes in our ceiling and patching cracks to make the drywall seamless and brand new looking. He has rebuilt built-ins around a fireplace and cut granite to fit the shelving. He can do pretty much anything you ask him to. I highly recommend him for drywall repair, carpentry, cabinetry, and granite work."

"Jennifer was very helpful in choosing the color of plantation shutters to install. I decided to do my entire house and the back door which is 3 large panes of glass. It took a little longer than I expected for them to be finished and installed. The installers were extremely professional. They took down the old blinds and neatly wrapped them up, moved some furniture and cleaned everything up. There was a little mishap and part of the frame from the back door fell. I called Jennifer and even though it was after 5 pm, she called me back immediately to discuss my concern. The office sent installers back to reattach the piece more securely. I am very pleased with the appearance of the shutters and the professionalism of all the staff members I interacted with either in person or on the phone. I would hire them again."

He was gentlemanly and well-informed, didn't try to upsell things that weren't needed. I was aware of the deteriorating vent flanges because I had recently had my chimney cover replaced and the pro who did that notified me of their condition. I felt like Mighty Hands did what they were contracted to do in a way that made me confident of their work."
