Using too firm of a mortar can crumble the bricks. This company accurately selected the right mortar, matched width of existing mortar. After 2 weeks, we couldnt tell the new from the old. Patio is beautiful, very helpful in choosing pavers. But he went above the expected and used to extra dirt to even the back yard, lifted the uneven sidewalk, adjusted the fence and even put in a drain to prevent erosion to complete the job.
