Wally referenced my message and was able to pull up all my system information while we were on the phone, he was able to tell me that the fan would probably need to be replaced and said he could be out that afternoon to fix it. We couldn't get back to the house to leave him a check so he said it was fine for us to mail it. Overall, I was really impressed with how quickly we were able to get this handled for what seemed like a pretty fair price. My only complaint would be that when we asked about how we could prevent the fan from needing to be replaced prematurely in the future, he did not really have an answer for us. Other than that, WEC was fast, professional and affordable. <br />"

"The initial testing went fine, but when we had to interact with them directly based on the results, things did not go well.  We were inquiring about them doing further inspection of the basement for possible mold remediation.  But the phone conversations were frustrating.  The lady that we spoke with didn't seem to listen to what information we were wanting, became fairly defensive and also didn't seem to want to let us communicate directly with the owner (who would be doing the inspection).  Needless to say, we did not hire them for the additional work and went with another company. <br />"
