He was helpful in explaining what he thought the problem was and then gave options for how he could take care of it. He fixed the issue and stayed to make sure everything was draining well. Cost was very reasonable. Zach was friendly and professional- we would definitely hire him again."

"She was contracted by The Plumbing Company to do this job, and she was great. She got here quickly (it's our only toilet) and got right to work. It took a while to clear out the blockage, and she thought there was still probably something out of her reach that might be causing the problem. She recommended that we check further down the line to get a permanent fix. Since this service call, we have had no further problems, but we hope to have that additional work done soon.

"Tech didn't know that he was there to help me with pool plumbing. He still worked with me to finish the job efficiently, which also saved me money. I am grateful for the slight mix-up! I will definitely recommend & contact them again for plumbing needs."

"I used ARS Rescue Rooter and Robert came out to clear the drain. Robert was super friendly and knowledgeable. Made the entire process a piece of cake. I highly recommend them."

"Complete Comfort has really come in clutch for us three times in this past year. They had previously replaced our old water heater last summer, then in May we discovered a manufacturer defect that required the new water heater to need replaced. Complete Comfort performed the work at no cost since we were still within the warranty period. Fast forward to last week and the water heater was out again! The same day of the issue they had someone out and discovered a backup at the main sewer line was actually causing a substantial water leak that put out the pilot light in the new water heater. The very next morning they were out and cleared the line outside of the house and we were back to being completely functional. There aren't many more frustrating home repair issues than being out of hot water and Complete Comfort has now fixed that issue for us 3 times in the past year within 24 hours of each incident! Great company to work with and highly recommend!"
