Ice and water shield applied, flashing re-installed and exact shingle type, style and color replaced. They sent me pictures throughout the entire repair process. They are not the lease expensive out there, but do you really want to cheap out on your roof?! Everything in your world sits under it. Zero issues for months now, with a number of significant monsoon type rains."

"My husband and I were in the process of purchasing the home we had been renting for several years, and we suspected the roof would need to be replaced sooner rather than later. This company had a deal listed through Angie's List for a roof inspection and gutter cleaning. Perfect. There are several large trees on the property so the gutters needed attention as well. <br /> An appointment was made and the company sent a nice young guy to inspect our roof, etc. He saw a problem with the chimney flashing so offered to give us an estimate for that repair. We were also told the roof would need replacing within two to three years so we asked for an estimate for the entire job. We received an estimate for the flashing job but never received an estimate for the whole job. <br /> What they considered to be a gutter cleaning was for the guy to stand on the ground with a long handled broom pushing along the gutters and knocking the leaves onto the ground. I was afraid the gutters were going to be torn off the house. Not good. I realize now that if the gutter cleaning was my highest priority, then I should have hired a professional. Considering the actual service rendered, I feel that the "deal" was overpriced. <br /> Our roof was damaged by hail in the summer and the entire roof needed to be replaced. If we had actually received their estimate originally, they would have been our first call. As it was, the job went to a different company. <br />"

"Middletown Roofing did an excellent job! We had had leaks in several spots and they replaced the sub roofing where required. They put in two new skylights, replaced all the drip edges, and effectively installed the new roof even in areas that are rather complex on our home. They started promptly and stayed on the job till it was done. Due to the scope of the job it took 2 days to complete. Everyone was easy to communicate with to answer the questions that I had. I can certainly recommend them and would use them again for any roofing needs that I have."

"I have used Reliable 3 times in the last 7 or 8 years.  I did not use them to replace my roof about 10 years ago for which I have deep regrets and continue to suffer the consequences.  We had a new roof installed about 10 years ago by a company that is no longer in business, (and now I know why).  About a year or so after the install we began to get random leaks throughout the whole house.  I contacted Reliable and they found out that the contractor had cut the opening for the ridge vent way too wide and water was getting into the house and running down the rafters and dripping onto the ceiling in various spots.  They completely tore out the ridge vent, replaced the plywood, and redid it properly and we have had no problems with that issue since. <br> <br>A few years later I used them to repair a hole in our roof and gutter damage caused by one of our ice storms and they did a fabulous job.  Most recently, we had leaks isolated to one room in the house.  They found that the contractor had nailed the shingles too high in that area so they tore the shingles off in that region and replaced them.  We have had no issues with leaks since. <br> <br>I have been extremely pleased with every interaction that I have had with Reliable Residential Roofing.  Everyone is professional and knowledgeable and most of all the work is done well and correctly the first time.  Whenever it comes time to replace our poorly done roof from the previous contractor I won't look anywhere else than Reliable."

"Crew arrived few minutes after 8am, removed all the shingles, checked decking, then replaced with metal roofing. They were fast, efficient and cleaned up the job site when they were finished. We were given the estimate of the job taking 2 days to complete, they were finished the same day they started by 4:15 pm.  I received 2 separate phone calls over the following weeks by the owner and then again the crew foreman, checking to see if we were satisfied with the work and if we had any problems after a very heavy rainfall.  (Our roof had leaks prior to replacing the roofing) Great job, no leaks and we would highly recommend them.
