"Didnt do a full grout replacement as originally agreed in one of the showers, decided last minute they weren't comfortable doing it. They did a "skim coat" instead; lasted about 3 months. Areas where full grout removal and replacement were said to be done are cracking just 4 months later. (Not due to shifting, old grout was fine more than 8 years I owned the house, only replaced due to discoloration.) One of the areas where grout and door meet was completely missed, other areas just ended up looking real sloppy. My husband did better his first time ever grouting. They spent more time here than they expected to remove old grout, I'll give them that. But I wish I'd gotten what I thought I'd paid for- professionally replaced grout."
