"I HAVE A VERY OLD DRYER FROM 1975. I HAVE BEEN TOLD FROM OTHER "SO-CALLED" GREAT REPAIR COMPANIES THAT THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO FIX IT BECAUSE IT IS TOO OLD AND THOSE PARTS ARE NOT MADE ANYMORE. I AM SO GLAD I FOUND BERNARD AT BK APPLIANCES !! HE IS THE ONLY REPAIR MAN I NEED! HE FIXED MY VERY OLD DRYER AND KEEPS IT IN TOP RUNNING SHAPE !! "Overall experience was positive. The diagnosis was good and only required a $15 part that was able to install myself. My frig is working great. While my total cost for the repair was $80 which included the $35 diagnostic fee, the lowest other price quote was over $400. I am very pleased with this new type of appliance repair. I will be recommending this my family and friends."

"Rob and his dad showed up promptly, were very professional, and did an excellent job letting my wife and I know exactly what happened with our AC System which was a leak in the lines. He also educated us on best practices on how to prevent the leak from happening in the future. My wife and I will be using Robert M.
