"The job went very well. The Operations Manager Elias told me that he would be there for the whole job and he was. He kept me updated on everything that was going on such as delivery of materials and a dumpster, what day and time they would arrive to start work. Whenever I had a question all I had to do is give him a call and he was always available. We also needed some skylights replaced which was handled by Elias. He worked with "The Sky's The Limit" a Velux installer to remove the old skylights and install the new ones. Before the job started he explained to me about all the Owens Corning products they were going to use and why and even had samples of the shingle, underlayment, ice barrier and nails used. The roofing was completed in one day and the skylights the next day. After they left nothing was left behind, very good cleanup, no nails in the yard or pieces of shingle, even the gutters were cleaned out. Now when I drive into the driveway it looks like a new house."

The date proposed was mid October but the actual work was much sooner (low slope roof) and completed in several hours The roof has now gone through several seasons without issue. During that time the made structual repairs on roof (replaced a missing facia and painted), repaired a damaged section of the main roof, stripped the old flat roof of my den extension and installed a new rubber roof and, finaly stripped an sloping roof over my kitchen and put new asphalt shingles. Zach’s workmen including Mike, Curtis, Matt and Sammy were excellent, very accommodating and more than willing to answer any questions or concerns we had during installation of the roof and gutters. They were ver efficient, produced a quality product, and cleaned up well after the jobs were done. Zach performed a walk around upon completion. It was made clear that if we had any issues or problems post-completion, Zach was prepared to send members of his team back in to repair or fix anything that might occur. My wife and I are more than pleased with Connell Roofing and would highly recommend them."
