"Eric's team rebuilt our entire three season room, which was not functional. It is now, thanks to Mike and Brian. It also looks very good! Mike works hard at getting things done, and teaches the younger crew very well. He is structured and trustworthy. He also was patient answering my questions (I always have too many..!). Brian pays great attention to detail! I was impressed by how good the tile work looks, and also how good the finishing of the decking to the landing looks like, which he did. They also had to partly redo the patio, and it looks better than before."

"Pacific Stone did a nice job. Person in charge of scheduling measurements and installation was pleasant and courteous. Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. Took away the old countertops and sinks. They know what they're doing. One of the installers was actually the owner and they were prompt and professional and cleaned up well."

"There was an old soap dish that came lose leaving holes in the tile wall. I called Chris and he came to see what needed to be done. I had bought a replacement in Home Depot for $7 that was large enough to cover the holes left from the old soap dish. One problem was that I didn't have any old wall tiles in case of damage while cutting out the proper sized hole for the new dish. Nor was I able to find any tiles that would really match the existing ones.  
Chris came two days later to do the work and brought a few whilte tiles that would do in case of damage but in fact was able to cut the hole(using a drill to drill multiple holes all around) without incident. After that the job was easy; he also went to Home Depot to get grey grout to match the existing grout between the large wall tiles. ( He clearly takes pride in this work.} He told us that it would be better not to use the shower for a day and, a day later, everything is fine!"
