If they don't call you right back, it takes them like an hour or two to call you if they need to. They are very reliable. If there is a problem, if it is raining or if there is an inconvenience they don't come but so far they have been really good. For punctuality, it has been a little bit difficult because of the weather but they come in every day. Sometimes they come in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon. It is good that I am here and because it is exterior, they don't need someone in the house and they have everything they need outside. They are very polite. Whatever they write in the contract is what they give you. They follow what they wrote in the contract and they are very professional. We are planning to something else next year and we are going to contact them."
