My situation was frustrating… and instead of pushing me into costly repairs and warning me of the terrible things that could happen to my dog if I didn’t, Elpidio was compassionate. We sat on the lawn together, petting the dog, as he shared with me the wise things he knew about dogs in general. I had been almost overwhelmed and Elpidio was kind and knowledgeable. This might sound ridiculous, but the end result was no fence! Of course freedom fence would be there with excellent service and a payment plan if need be… But my particular situation was not as dire as I originally thought. Honesty, integrity, and the kindness Elpidio showed speaks volumes about this company! "I had my whole yard fenced in originally with vinyl and chain link fencing by Paragon Fence. Two posts of the vinyl portion of the fence heaved out of the ground because the original company did not dig the posts at the required depth. When this happened, the original company did not help me so I contacted Durham. They came out and repaired the 2 sections and did a good job. I live in a high point of the city with a lot of heavy winds during the winter and the fence repair has held up very well. I appreciate their help since most companies will not repair a shoddy job done by other companies. On price, I did check different companies and they gave me the best price. They are A with the price, really good. It was like a $3000 different. For quality, they have done an excellent job. The material that they used for the fence looks like it is of very good quality. For responsiveness, they answer right a way when you call them. If they don't call you right back, it takes them like an hour or two to call you if they need to. They are very reliable. If there is a problem, if it is raining or if there is an inconvenience they don't come but so far they have been really good. For punctuality, it has been a little bit difficult because of the weather but they come in every day. Sometimes they come in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon. It is good that I am here and because it is exterior, they don't need someone in the house and they have everything they need outside. They are very polite. Whatever they write in the contract is what they give you. They follow what they wrote in the contract and they are very professional. We are planning to something else next year and we are going to contact them."
