"The initial installation went pretty well. I wanted them to remove the old, non-functioning, humidifier at the same time but they said that it wouldn't hurt to keep it. They explain what I needed to do to remove it. The whole install took a few hours. Unfortunately, during a very hold day the heater fuse burned out. And the heater kept turning on throughout the day, basically cycling on/off every 15min. The sent someone to the house two additional time. The last and final time a more senior person came and did a much more through check of the whole system and found that the heater itself wasn't setup correct which was contributing to the issue. After a gas adjustment it functioned very well. While the install wasn't perfect from day one, I got the sense they wanted to make it right and eventually they did."

Unfortunately, the water heater is behind my HVAC, so they had to remove the HVAC, remove the old water heater, install the new heater, and replace the HVAC. They did a perfect job. They also replaced the freon in my HVAC, because the prior repairmen didn’t add freon. In addition, they fixed the jets in my spa. The team arrived on time, displayed professionalism, and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely hire them again."

"The proprietor said he could not do the water heater flush because my water heater has a plastic valve. He installed the garbage disposal and faucet in the kitchen. During the installation, he said I needed to have two valves replaced at $100 each. This is the part where I am unsure if the price was a bit steep since I haven't had much plumbing work done. The proprietor did give me a reduced rate for the faucet install. I gave a lower score for punctuality because the scheduler gave me a 9-1 window and the service provider had it on his schedule for 1045-245, so I effectively waited from 9-3. However, he was very efficient and professional and he even looked at my recliner that my daughter and I were trying to fix while he was there. I would recommend him without reserve if I could find out if the valve replacements were priced well."
