He was punctual, had great communication, was clear and up-front about everything. His experience reflected in his work. He is meticulous but efficient. He clearly takes pride in his work. Probably the most bind-boggling thing is that he does the vast majority of the work himself and by himself. He knows the building codes in and out, which made getting permits approved as smooth as it gets in a county that is notorious for being difficult to build in.
