"When we decided to finish the large basement of our ranch-style home, Lancaster Home Remodeling was on our list of businesses to consider. Upon our contacting John and Kim, we secured an appointment in the near future for John to go through our basement with our architect after he finished up work for the day on his then-current project. And where he offered advice in these areas, he understood that every homeowner has their own style and preferences, and directed his his counsel towards brands that would offer diverse selection and high quality. Personally, after numerous conversations with them, we found both John and Kim to be affable and people-friendly. John was always happy to explain what he would be doing next, and why he did what he did in terms of his construction techniques. Our experience has left us far more than satisfied with our experience with Lancaster Home Improvement, and shows that John and Kim run their business with professionalism, expertise, and a true pride in the work which they do. "Rich was great. He responded promptly to my inquiry, and gave me an accurate estimate of the cost. I was nervous about starting and the schedule, but once we agreed he went right at it. He said it would take 3 to 5 weeks and he finished in 4. I was impressed by the hard work Rich put into this. For the radiant heat, he sought out a company representative, who met us in my home to discussed what the installation would entail. Rich and his crew then followed the company's instructions to the letter, and now I have nice warm floors (the house is on a slab). The new floors look beautiful, and the doors as well. I included a picture of the insulation that Rich's crew installed in the walls. They are as careful with what you won't see, as they are with what you do see."

Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job.
