"My bathroom sink had a slow drip that I intended to repair. Then one day the sink clogged and wouldn't drain well even after I used Drain-o. My husband and I decided we would tackle this realatively simple drain repair by unscrewing the U-trap and cleaning it out. On Friday night, we were at Lowe's asking an employee about the plumbing componenets we needed when two tall guys appeared and told us what we needed. "I was notified as they departed for our house and I instructed where the tank was located. This was great for me as I was running other errands before they arrived.  When I got home the operator was wrapping up.  We have a small tank by today's standards so it didn't take very long to pump.
The operator was very courteous and diligent in regards to cleaning up any spillage that is common in this process.  No worries.
This was the second time we've used them and they'll be on our list for years to come.
