"I had Footprints out to refinish the original wooden floors for the downstairs of the house a few months back and liked their work so much that I rehired them refinish the stairs and upstairs hallway (which included repairs) as well. They were very knowledgeable on the subject matter and were able to provide a clear estimate on specifically what they could or could not fix, as well as a fairly accurate estimation on when work would be completed. The workers themselves were very courteous throughout, as they always showed up on time, practiced social distancing, and were sure to clean up after themselves at the end of each work day. They were even able to throw in some transitions to the bedrooms and bathroom floors, which I greatly appreciated. The craftsmanship of their work was superb, and really transformed the feeling of the entire upstairs of the house. I thought the total cost of the project was more than fair, and was more than worth it given their reliability. I'm a firm believer in that you get what you pay for, and Footprints didn't fail to impress once again. I would 100% recommend Footprints to anyone who has a floor restoration project."

"I found Andy on Angies List and contacted him to build cabinetry in our family room. He was very prompt in responding and came to the house to give us an estimate within a very short timeframe. He was very professional and gave many good suggestions for our project. I am pretty picky about service providers and who we allow in our home -- I had no concerns with Andy. He came back to do detailed measurements after we confirmed the design--he is very detailed and wanted to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. The deconstruction of the current shelves and installation of the new took one day. He brought a colleague to assist him who was also very professional. They worked non-stop...I couldn't even get them to take a break! "Bill did an excellent job for us.  He was prompt and explained why he was doing some of the work he did as the work on the exterior of the front porch was more involved then at first thought.  Everything he did turned out well. There was another job on our list that he did not feel he could do the job as we wanted it done so he found us someone that could do the job and that went well too.  We are very pleased with Bill's work and will definitely contact him again when we need more home repairs done. The job took most of a couple of days. Bill always cleaned up the area before he left the site.

 About two weeks after they replaced our roof, they came and installed laminate flooring. The owner, Tim, came and checked on how the floors were coming. He actually got down on the floor and looked really close at one board because he thought he saw a scratch. He did see a scratch so he had the team pull up the board and replace it. He not only replaced the board, but he had to pull out several boards to get to the scratched board. We are pleased with Tim and his work ethic."
