"We have used Retrofoam twice on two houses in the past five years. They were very professional and timely. They have come out a few times since the one house was insulated to check for gaps or leaks. And, explained or added a little foam. Very good company, and I'd recommend them for spray foam insulation in Michigan."

"I was very pleased with the blown fiberglass insulation they installed in my attic. It's a nice, clean job with quality insulation. I had 5 quotes from companies and this was by far the best value for the job."

"Clif, the sales person, was personable, knowledgeable and concise in his explanation of their services. They quote was completative and the insulation was installed the morning after signing."

"Called right away and stopped by and gave me an estimate. Scheduled an installation date. Showed up and completed the installation. Took pictures to show the job was completed. Did a fantastic job I highly recommend."

"The work they did was fine, but the marketing department needs to chill out. I tried multiple times to unsubscribe from their emails and phone calls, but they just kept coming. I finally had to block them. I ordered gutters without any filter because the only option they offer is the comically huge gutter helmet. I later installed leaf filters myself."

"The best roofing product available (GAF). Complete install in one day. Cleanup was excellent. The install was to the best possible standards (ice dam, valleys, ridge vents, etc. Very satisfied, and happy I chose Big Rapids Roofing. I highly recommend them."

"Friendly and professional company. Explained alot about what they were doing, cause I really didn't know anything about insulation and ventilation."

"The crew was very friendly. Quality work in a timely fashion and beat competitorâ s estimate."

"The three installers were excellent and Elizabeth in the office was a great help!"

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
