"I called to set up an appointment to evaluate our Whirlpool washing machine that was not spinning. We scheduled a time for the next day. Vee later called back and left me a message possibly changing appointment time. When I returned the call, he said that the original time would be OK. the next day he again called and left a message asking if the original time was still acceptable. When I returned his call a few minutes later he said that he was on his way to another appointment since I had not responded immediately after the last call and would have to come at a later time. When he did arrive, he quickly diagnosed the problem to a shifter, which he said he would have to purchase from a warehouse and would not have the part for 2 days. He said he should have the part no later than 1 PM on the agreed upon day, but when I called him at 1:30, he said he was going to pick it up then. He arrived later that day and repaired the washer. Price for the part was higher than could have been purchased on-line at ebay or amazon, but came with a 1 year warranty. Cost for the repair, including parts was $216. That seems to be comparable to what other appliance repair technicians would charge."

The day of the appointment, Maurisio called and said he could be here between 10:30 and 11:30. He arrived within that time with a smile and very friendly. Maurisio was quick in finding the source of the problem and fixed it the same day, saving us thousands of dollars. I will certainly use him again and highly recommend him. Maurisio does just about any appliance so if you need him other than refrigerator, don't hesitate to call him. At the time of my repair, Maurisio does not take credit cards, cash or checks only."
