2) all installations are working properly.  The installer was very fast, too.
3) we declined the bid as we felt it was too high for our budget, but think it would have been good work.

"Promptly scheduled a work time at my convenience for the week after purchasing the deal.  I have 3 HVAC units but only purchased one deal because I believed that one unit was the only problem.  Upon their prompt arrival, I showed the crew the main units in my attic and they quickly pointed out the tears in the ducts and separation from the main units. Further investigation into the equipment showed the source of my mold issue.  These problems did create extra work and additional cost but I feel it was well worth it.  The crew was very conscientious about protecting my furniture and AV equipment while they were working.  They paid attention to all details and I will definitely use this company again.  Thank you.

"Alex Sandoval: Alex is excellent in his work. He knows what he is doing, and is also very passionate about his job.
Timing: He showed up when he said he would. The day we set up for a quote on our backsplash, as well as the days he was there for the job.
The job:  We were having a backsplash installed in our kitchen. We were very pleased with how it turned out. It took a day and a half for the entire job to be completed. The backsplash in our kitchen is relatively small, but we received 4 quotes total for the backsplash. While Alex's quote was not the cheapest, it also was not the most expensive, and we felt like he had the experience, as well as trustworthiness that we like, when we hire contractors.

Trustworthy: We trusted Alex and his worker to be in our house while we were both at work. Upon completing the job, he locked our doors, and exited through the garage. 
Expectations: Alex exceeded our expectations. He had helpful design suggestions, as well as let us know up front the possible charges that could maybe incur, had we needed to replace a few pieces of sheetrock (due to taking off granite that was previously on the wall) We appreciated that he was up front with us, as well as great at explaining the process and answering all of our questions.
Future Projects: We liked Alex so much, that we will be hiring him when we redo our master bath and guest bathroom.

I purchased this deal thinking I'd get someone to hide some wires and possibly change the mount of a 32-inch TV replacing it with a 42-inch TV.  I was disappointed that I didn't get two hours of work from the representative.  I've had this type of service from other companies before and I've always explained what I want done and they go to work on it immediately.  This representative did not.  The deal said two hours work specifying the exact kind of work I mentioned to him and the deal added that the consultation is a plus and the two hours are for "installation services."  I did tell him I might have him back, but it was mostly to be nice.  I thought about calling him to come out again for the other hour (actually never got the two hours of "installation services," but I really didn't want to spend more time discussing.  Any response by the vendor may say differently, but he just didn't arrive ready to work and didn't sense what I wanted done and get to work on it.  Every other vendor I've had out before just gets to work on the job, in this case mainly hiding wires.  Instead this was just discussion and that was disappointing.  I do not plan to use his services nor contact him further.  It was a relatively easy $79 for him in my opinion.

"A#1 was the only company to help me on a Saturday and since it was just a capacitor I only paid $59.00! ( I must admit, I cried!) My a/c went out in Aug during a Friday night. Other companies were either closed or too busy to help me.. one even told me OVER THE PHONE that my entire unit would have to be replaced!! I had heard of A#1 on channel 4 news and within an hour a tech was here and the unit was repaired ?! I would recommend A#1 to anyone! Thanks, y'all!!"
