"I hired Eclipse Remodeling to replace my asphalt shingle roof with an Owens Corning TruDefinition Cool Plus roof. The company also replaced my skylight with a new low-profile skylight and installed some attic vents. While we had the roof stripped, we also used the opportunity to bring in someone to install some solatubes and a solar powered attic fan. Our new roof looks great, and the new skylight looks so much better than the old one. I am very happy with the finished product. Udi is the owner of Eclipse Remodeling. He is an awesome person to work with. What I liked most about Udi and his team was their attention to detail. At our first meeting to get an estimate Udi spent over an hour going over every detail of the work he would do. This extended to the job as well. Udi made a point to be on-site every morning to check in with his team and me. Whenever a decision needed to be made, Udi pulled me into the conversation to get my opinion. They replaced a few rotten facia boards, gave all my vents a new coat of paint to match the roof, and even gave me a heads up to address some questionable electrical running along the roof and into my attic. As a side note, an electrician deemed the electrical was unsafe, so I had it capped off and I asked Udi to come back to remove the conduit and close up the hole in the attic. For a reasonable return fee, everything is now fixed up and perfect. I also want to acknowledge Karen, who takes care of all the paperwork and scheduling. She was amazing in answering all my questions before we started the job and coordinating the scheduling to start the job. Karen also helped me coordinate scheduling with the solatube installer. All in all, Eclipse Remodeling was fantastic. I would hire them again if I needed to."

"California Building Professionals did an excellent job replacing our roof. They removed the old material, replaced the damaged wood decking, and installed a new flat roofing system along with new shingles on the pitched section, and updated us with photos every step of the way. Everyone was respectful, punctual, and looked after my property like it was one of their own. Super happy with the final result and highly recommend them!"

"This company earned all my trust and admiration when they quickly and efficiently replaced my entire roof. I originally noticed a few leaks in the ceiling located in my bedroom as well as multiple areas of our dining room. My family and I had been going back and fourth with a few other companies in the area, however, they were unable to give us a satisfactory estimate that fit our needs. Universal Builders gave us a quote that fit our budget while also addressing all of our concerns. Once the inspections were done, they quickly got to work and we?re able to provide us with a brand new professionally installed roof. I would highly recommend hiring them as we were very pleased with their work!"

"This was my second project with HEXAGON CONSTRUCTION and by far the largest and most complex. (Replacing an old, clay tile roof on a three story house is no job for a rookie.) HEXAGON’s owner, Eli Vatkin, is what everyone should be looking for in a contractor. He’s knowledgeable, reasonably priced, trustworthy, responds promptly to any concerns that you have during the project, keeps you apprised of its progress, finishes on time, and generally aims to please. His contracts were straightforward and “by the book.” On top of that, he’s a genuinely nice guy. Rarely will you find all these qualities in a contractor—and I’ve been around long enough to know."
